Triumph Cancer Foundation
The Triumph Cancer Foundation, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Sacramento, California. The mission of the Foundation is to empower cancer survivors through its programs and outreach efforts. The signature program of the Foundation is Triumph Fitness. Launched in 2005, Triumph Fitness is a 12-week program designed specifically to help survivors regain their strength and stamina after treatment. It is offered at no cost to any adult cancer survivor in the Sacramento Metro area.
Pam Whitehead is the President of the Triumph Cancer Foundation. She is a cancer survivor, member of Cyclists Combating Cancer, and a long-time advocate for the Livestrong Foundation. Outside of her volunteer work in the cancer community, Pam’s full time profession is practicing architecture. As a registered architect, along with her husband Paul Almond, she owns the Sacramento-based firm Sage Architecture, Inc.
